Pricing

Written notice of cancellations received in the NMHCA/NMCAL office by August 6, 2025, will be refunded in full minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between August 6, 2025, and August 12, 2025, will be refunded 50% of the registration fees due/paid. No refunds will be given after August 12, 2025.

The early bird deadline is August 1, 2025. Online registration ends August 18 at 12:00 PM, but you may register onsite beginning at 10:00 am on August 20. Onsite registrations will incur an additional $75 charge per facility.

Regular Pricing is as follows. At check out, there will be an early-bird discount applied to basic registrations through August 1, 2025. The discount is $75 and does not apply to additional attendees or unlimited registration.

Please keep in mind these are per facility pricing. Regional/Corporate staff can register with any facility, but one facility can not register multiple people from different facilities.
