Pricing
Written notice of cancellations received in the NMHCA/NMCAL office by July 31, 2023, will be refunded in full minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between July 31, 2023, and August 10, 2023, will be refunded 50% of the registration fees due/paid. No refunds will be given after August 10, 2023, due to costs incurred.
The early bird deadline is July 24, 2023. Online registration ends August 20, but you may register onsite beginning at 10:00 am on August 23. Onsite registrations will incur an additional $75 charge per facility.
Regular Pricing is as follows. AT check out, there will be an early-bird discount applied to basic registrations through July 24, 2022. The discount is $75 and does not apply to additional attendees or unlimited registration.
Please keep in mind these are per facility pricing. Regional/Corporate staff can register with any facility, but one facility can't register multiple people from different facilities.

NMHCA/NMCAL has closed Registration. You may register onsite on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 am but the banquet is sold out. Late registrants can see if there are any no-shows starting about 12:20 - 12:30.

Guest room reservations will be made by individual attendees directly with hotel. A discount rate of $149/night is available for attendees and you should use the code NMH0823.
The Convention offers up to 12.0 hours for Activity Directors, Nurses, Nursing Home Administrators, and Social Workers.
Please provide an email address for all attendees. NMHCA will be using an event app to track continuing education hours!
