The NMHCA/NMCAL Board of Directors invite you to the 2026 Convention and Exposition: Harmony in Care: Striking the Right Notes for Long-term Excellence. This year’s Convention features excellent educational opportunities for everyone involved in long-term care—from nursing facilities to assisted living, ICFs/IID, and our individual associate members. You will find dedicated education tracks for administrators, managers, nurses, activity personnel, social services, and dietary staff. Let’s not forget the exhibitors! From the Exposition Grand Opening to Lunch with the Exhibitors, a wonderful time awaits all. Join us in celebrating our 2026 nominees and award winners at the Best of the Best Awards. Don’t miss our evening of Dueling Pianos—an energetic, interactive night where two pianists battle it out with your favorite songs. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, network, and enjoy the harmony of colleagues and great music!

Pricing

Written notice of cancellations received in the NMHCA/NMCAL office by August 6, 2025, will be refunded in full minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between August 6, 2025, and August 12, 2025, will be refunded 50% of the registration fees due/paid. No refunds will be given after August 12, 2025.

The early bird deadline is August 1, 2025. Online registration ends August 18 at 12:00 PM, but you may register onsite beginning at 10:00 am on August 20. Onsite registrations will incur an additional $75 charge per facility.

Regular Pricing is as follows. At check out, there will be an early-bird discount applied to basic registrations through August 1, 2025. The discount is $75 and does not apply to additional attendees or unlimited registration.

Please keep in mind these are per facility pricing. Regional/Corporate staff can register with any facility, but one facility can not register multiple people from different facilities.
