HOW DO WE JOIN?
To apply for membership, fill out the application and submit the form. At that time, your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. After this review, you will be notified within a few days of the Board's actions.
When you submit your application, the Association office will send you a billing statement and will give you the calculation of your dues amount. Dues may be paid quarterly or in full at the beginning of each year. Paying in full garners a 3.0% discount.
OUR DUES ARE CALCULATED USING THE FOLLOWING RATES*:
NMHCA charges a $51.50 annual enrollment fee in addition to per bed dues.
State
- $70.20 per licensed NF, SNF, and ICF/IID bed
- $28.84 per licensed assisted living bed
- $10.30 per independent living unit
- A minimum of $300 State Dues is required
National
- $20.60 per licensed NF and SNF bed
- $10.50 per licensed assisted living and ICF/IID bed
- A minimum of $100 National Dues is required
- A 200-bed maximum payment for National Dues is also in place
