DESCRIPTION:The 40-Hour Course is intended to serve as a basic foundation of knowledge needed for entry-level competency. You will need to have the following to participate in the recorded sessions: Pens/Pencils\, Notebook\, Activity Calendars\, MDS Forms\, Charting Forms including Daily 1-to-1s\, Daily Documentation\, progress notes\, and assessment Forms. NMHCA/NMCAL is currently offering this course as a hybrid model with both recorded modules and in-person sessions. The in-person date listed is subject to change\, and at least two weeks' notice will be provided to all attendees if a new date is set. \n\nHandout books will be mailed to participants within a few days of registration\, and participants will receive an email with additional information and module access.
